Have a one-to-one meeting with a member of the Firestarter team

This is a free, no-obligation opportunity to get to know members of the Firestarter team, to benefit from their insight and to get an external perspective on issues that are affecting your company.

Business leaders will be able to ask questions and talk through any frustrations, needs and goals that are affecting their business. This approach is case-study driven and will provide business leaders with some real-life examples of how the Firestarter Programme has helped to transform and grow other businesses experiencing similar problems. We’ll also provide you with our initial assessment
of your individual challenges and recommendations on how we would address them.

Business leaders will come away from this initial meeting with a valuable external perspective on their company and personal challenges, together with some initial advice on how to implement change, growth, or to solve a particular problem within their company.
