As we move into a new phase of the unprecedented crisis that we are all facing, our thoughts are beginning to turn to how businesses can prepare for life after Coronavirus and ensure they come back stronger than ever in a world that will undoubtedly look very different than before.
Every month, we will be hosting a series of interactive digital forums where, in conjunction with our specialist partners, we will address a range of essential issues that business leaders will be facing as they develop their lockdown exit strategies. In each forum we will provide insight and advice from our expert speakers, but will also give participants the opportunity to share experiences and best practice in dealing with the inevitable leadership challenges and difficult decisions that will need to be made as we navigate our way through these uncertain times.

None of us could predict the challenges that the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020 would bring. And very few anticipated that not only would the virus still be disrupting our lives (and businesses) as we approach 2021, but also that we would still have a sense that a return to “normality” was likely to be many many months away.
At Firestarter we remain committed to supporting our clients, network and all those who can benefit from not only the lessons we have learnt over several years but also those that we continue to learn though our great community.
Due to the initial success of the Firestarter Forums, we want to expand and develop them to help as many people as we can – using the technology available to us to break down traditional boundaries.

We are beginning with a range of ForumPLUS events, which will focus on a range of “now-appropriate” inexpensive business planning and sales improvement solutions based on demand created through the Firestarter Forum community to help business owners and leaders execute organised, clear activities to drive short term progress.
Each Firestarter ForumPLUS event includes a speedy 90 minute group workout session to really dive into a specific issue that business leaders are facing ‘right now’ and provide a practical solution that you can implement immediately in your business. We’ll use tried and tested tools and templates to introduce new processes and techniques, with step by step tasks that you can complete to achieve your goals.
