Our current Firestarter Friends' workshops
Below is the current list of Firestarter Friends’ workshops, based on content discussed in previous Firestarter Forums. Each workshop will last for 90 minutes and provide an opportunity for participants to explore the topics discussed in more detail. These workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure effective interaction between all parties.

RICHARD CLARKE
Secret Source
Richard Clarke originally hails from Hampshire but moved to the Canary Islands in 2001 (where the current temperature is 25ºC). He set up Secret Source in 2014. Secret Source is a nearshore IT development company that provides IT teams for UK and US companies.
Now they have 30 staff and clients include GSK, British Gas, the NHS and many SMEs throughout the UK. All their clients are remote and their staff are a mixture of remote and partially remote developers.

REAL Business Builders
Lisa Zevi is an operational business coach, TEDx speaker and Amazon Number 1 bestselling author.
She has more than 20 years’ experience of managing people and building teams and businesses. She works with business owners and their teams getting the right people doing the right things to enable companies to scale.
She runs a 12-week programme for small business owners focusing on PURPOSE, PEOPLE and PROCESSES as well as bespoke workshops on org design, people management and operational excellence – usually in a room, but recently more and more of these have been online!

PAUL PHEDON
Gung Ho Communications
Paul is CEO of Gung Ho – a communications agency working across PR, social and experiential in the sports and lifestyle sector. They work with a number of high profile brands including New Balance, Quiksilver, Speedo, ellesse and Canterbury and have worked on big scale events such as the Rugby World Cup, World Swimming Championships, London Marathon and the Olympic Games. Gung Ho has just been appointed to work on the PR for 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Prior to this Paul was Global Marketing Director at Speedo over a period of 9 years and has worked in numerous marketing agencies prior to that.
Paul is a keen runner and ran last year’s London Marathon with a personal best.

CRAIG WILTSHIRE
Struto
Craig is the CEO at Struto. His background is in technology but his love of business in general means he explores and works with all kinds of organisations. Craig has 25 years’ experience in Internet technologies both at a hardware and software level having previously built and sold a Cisco Gold Partner.
His love for where marketing is going, especially from a technology perspective, is what drove him to start Struto and now his mission is to help other businesses use technology to power their marketing, sales and customer services.
